Ingredients

1 tbsp Tajìn, for the rim
About 4-5 clementines, cut in half
2-3 dashes of Cloud23 Sweet Jalapeño Hot Sauce
1 tbsp avocado oil or other neutral oil
2 oz Clase Azul tequila
1oz Cointreau
1 oz fresh lime juice
½ oz simple syrup

Directions

Prep the rim of your glass. Using either a cut lime or a damp paper towel, wet the rim of the glass and roll in the tajin to coat. Place your class in the freezer until ready to use.
Heat a skillet over medium high heat and add the avocado oil. Place the clementines cut side down and cook until flesh is charred, about a few minutes. Set aside to cool, then juice the clementines and strain through a fine mesh strainer.
Add ice, the seared clementine juice, tequila, cointreau, lime juice, simple syrup, and the Cloud23 Sweet Jalapeño Hot Sauce to a cocktail shaker and shake well - for at least 20 seconds. Pour over additional ice in the prepared glass and enjoy!
