Sweet Jalapeño Salmon | Nobu Matsuhisa

Ingredients

    • 10 oz salmon filet

    • 1 tsp salt to season

    • 1 tbsp olive oil (for frying)

    • 2 tbsp Cloud23 Sweet Jalapeño

    • 2 tbsp mayonnaise

    • 2 tbsp finely chopped onions

    Directions

    1. Lightly season the salmon filet with salt

    2. Heat a small amount of olive oil in a skillet over medium-low heat.

    3. Fry the salmon skin-side down for 2 minutes.

    4. Prepare the spicy mayo sauce by mixing the Cloud23 Sweet Jalapeño Hot Sauce, mayonnaise, and finely chopped onions in a bowl.

    5. Spread the sauce evenly over the salmon.

    6. Preheat the broiler to 500°F (260°C).

    7. Broil the salmon for 8-10 minutes, until the top is slightly browned and the salmon is cooked to your desired doneness.

    8. Serve and enjoy!
