Ingredients

1lb of brussels sprouts, ends removed and cut in half

1 ½ tbsp Cloud23 Sweet Jalapeño Hot Sauce, plus more for dipping

2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

3-4 cloves garlic, minced

Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
In a large bowl, add all ingredients and toss until evenly coated. Place brussels sprouts on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, shaking the pan and stirring the sprouts regularly to prevent burning. If you feel like they are starting to burn, add a bit more olive oil and toss again.
Remove from oven and enjoy!
