Ingredients
- 1 can coconut milk
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp honey
- 5 cloves garlic, roughly chopped
- Juice of one lime
- 2 tbsp Cloud23 Hot Habanero Hot Sauce, plus more for garnish
- 2 tbsp lemongrass paste
- 3 scallions, sliced, plus more for garnish
- 3 cups fresh spinach
- 15-20 frozen dumplings of choice
- Toasted sesame seeds, for garnish
Directions
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees degrees.
In a large bowl, whisk together the coconut milk, soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, garlic, lime juce, lemongrass paste, scallions, and Cloud23 Hot Habanero Hot Sauce. Fold in the spinach leaves. Add the mixture to a large baking dish.
Add the frozen dumplings to the dish. Spoon the mixture over each dumpling so they’re coated. Cover the dish with foil and bake for 25-30 minutes, until dumplings are soft and cooked through. Remove from the oven and garnish with scallions, sesame seeds, and additional Cloud23 Hot Habanero Hot Sauce. Enjoy!
