Ingredients
Hot Sauce Whipped Brie
- 1 wheel of Brie, rind removed
- 2–3 tsp Cloud23 Sweet Jalapeño or Hot Habanero hot sauce
- 1 tbsp cream cheese or sour cream (optional, for texture)
Fig Jam + Hot Sauce Dip
- 1/4 cup fig jam
- 1–2 tsp Cloud23 Sweet Jalapeño hot sauce
Spicy Compound Butter
- 1 stick (1/2 cup) unsalted butter, softened
- 1–2 tsp Cloud23 Hot Habanero
- 1 clove garlic, grated
- Pinch of smoked paprika and salt
Spiced Crackers
- 2 cups crackers (your choice: saltines, oyster crackers, etc.)
- 2 tbsp melted butter

Pepper jack, cubed
Chorizo, sliced into coins
Prosciutto, ruffled into ribbons or rolled into rosettes
Pepperoncini, whole or halved

Directions
Hot Sauce Whipped Brie
Blend until smooth and fluffy. Spoon into a bowl and top with an extra drizzle of hot sauce.
Fig Jam + Hot Sauce Dip
Stir together and serve in a small bowl.
Spicy Compound Butter
Mix all ingredients until well combined. Chill until firm, then slice into rounds or serve softened.
Spiced Crackers
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Mix melted butter with hot sauce.
- Pour over crackers and toss to coat evenly.
- Spread on a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes, until golden and crisp. Let cool before serving.

Lightly oil slices and bake at 350°F until golden and crisp.
